The priority for all parking issues is based on the ability of an emergency vehicle to reach any home that it might need to. Our streets are extraordinarily narrow, so sensitivity to this issue is imperative. Homeowners and tenants are encouraged to park their vehicles in their garage because it does help to give the neighborhood an uncluttered appearance. Garage doors should be routinely kept closed, because that also helps the appearance of our neighborhood and an open garage could possibly invite thievery. If necessary homeowners may park their vehicles in their driveways, so this leaves the visitor parking for visitors. The area in front of the townhouse garages is not considered to be a driveway, but is part of Marrcrest streets, and no one should park there at any time. No motor vehicles should be parked on Marrcrest streets overnight and any parking on Marrcrest streets during the day should only be done in a manner so that an emergency vehicle will be able to pass. This means that parking on both sides of the street should be avoided at all times. Campers, motor homes, boats, trailers and other recreational vehicles are not to be parked within Marrcrest except for loading and unloading purposes.
Pond and Stream:
A person should not climb on the rocks or throw the rocks into the water. Fishing isn’t allowed in the pond. The pond and stream aren’t to be used for recreation.
No Signs, billboards or advertising structures may be erected or displayed on any of the Lots hereinbefore described, or parts or portions thereof, except that a single sing, not more than 2 x 3 feet in size, advertising a specific unit for sale or house for rent, may be displayed on the premises affected.
